Abu Dhabi Airport Free Zone

The Abu Dhabi Airport Free Zone was developed by Skycity, a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Airports Company, and is located next to Abu Dhabi International Airport. Skycity is in charge with the setup of airport free zones and provides services to companies incorporated in the Abu Dhabi Airport Free Zone. The Abu Dhabi Executive Council passed a resolution in 2010 through which the properties owned by the Abu Dhabi Airports Company are granted a free zone status. These properties include the Abu Dhabi International Airport, the Al Ain International Airport and the Al Bateen Executive Jet Airports.

Abu Dhabi Airport Free Zone is comprised of the Abu Dhabi Airport Logistics Park, where investors may set up companies in the aviation, warehousing, supply and logistics sectors, and the Abu Dhabi Business Park, where investors may register companies operating in the storage, warehousing and land development sectors.
